June 29, 2010 Anna Vronskaya managing partner of Vronskiy, Vronskaya and Partners law firm took part and made a report in the meeting of panel discussion “Problems of the institution of bankruptcy in Ukraine and the ways of its forming”.

In the panel discussion participated Marius Vismontas – coordinator of projects of the World Bank on business of Ukraine, Byelorussia and Moldavia, Vladimir Bogatyr – deputy of Minister of Justice of Ukraine, Mariya Stavniychuk – member of Venetian commission from Ukraine, deputies of Ukraine, representatives of authority and public organizations, practicing lawyers.

 The participants of the panel discussion discussed the necessity and direction of legislative reformation the institution of bankruptcy in Ukraine.
