Managing partner of Vronskiy, Vronskaya and Partners law firm – Anna Vronskaya and partner of court practice of firm – Konstantin Sidorenko, participated in the meeting under the chairmanship of vice-premier minister Sergey Tigipko which was dedicated to the consideration of draft law No. 5281 “On amending some laws of Ukraine on improving bankruptcy procedures”.

In draft No 5281 is provided the changes in law of Ukraine “On the executive implementation” and law “On renovation the debtor's solvency or recognition it as a bankrupt”.

In particular, the draft stipulates the establishment of deadlines of conducting the procedure of financial rehabilitation, the possibility of transfer from the procedure of disposal of property to financial rehabilitation, only if there are the specific terms for

appeal against court decisions, which are making during the consideration of a bankruptcy cases.

One of innovative draft’s amendments is a provision of disclosure of information, on institution of bankruptcy action of debtor’s organization, on the official web-portal of state body in bankruptcy questions.
